Kristin is a highly respected 15-year industry veteran who has represented investors, buyers, landlords, renters, and sellers in millions of dollars in sales transactions throughout marquee neighborhoods of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Prior to launching her broker career in 2004, Kristin personally acquired and managed properties domestically and internationally, allowing her to provide her clients with an investor-side perspective. After her tenure as a top producer at her prior firm for the first four years of her career, Kristin went on to found a boutique real estate brokerage where she was CEO and President. She then was recruited by a top 600+-agent brokerage, where she was named Director of Sales, and continued to sharpen her vast skill sets before founding The Kristin Thomas Team at Compass. Today, her clients include high net-worth families, ambassadors, politicians, celebrities, models, public figures, and their vast networks of family and friends.
