Steve began his career in new development marketing, where he learned how to position and differentiate properties in a competitive marketplace, an insight he continues to apply when guiding sellers. Originally from Michigan, Steve has called New York City home for over 25 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Pace University and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from NYU. Outside of work, Steve is an avid runner and loves spending time with his son Marsden.
