Clayton Orrigo

Clayton Orrigo is the co-founder of The Hudson Advisory Team at Compass, where alongside his business partner, he leads one of the highest-grossing real estate brokerage teams in the country. Known for a data-driven and high-touch approach, Clayton provides objective, strategic advice to a diverse clientele and has executed some of the largest and most notable residential transactions in New York City history.

Hudson Advisory is ranked the #1 Mega Team in New York City by The Wall Street Journal. Since its inception in 2017, the team has completed more than $6 billion in sales, distinguishing itself through its independent model, deep market expertise, and consistent deal volume, averaging approximately 1.5 transactions per day. This steady activity provides clients with real-time market intelligence and a meaningful competitive edge across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Hamptons.

Prior to a career in real estate, Clayton spent eight years in the finance and technology industries. He resides in the West Village of Manhattan and in Amagansett. Clayton holds a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Villanova School of Business, where he graduated with honors.
