Hunie Kwon
With over two decades of notable experience in the New York City luxury real estate market, S. Prior to The Hudson Advisory Team, Hunie served as a veteran member of The Eklund | Gomes Team, the highest-grossing team in the country. Partnering with his lifelong friend Grace Steel, the pair formed the top-performing team and have since facilitated over $4 billion in transactions throughout their careers.
Hunie specializes in luxury resales of co-ops, condos, and townhouses throughout Manhattan, with a particular focus on properties Uptown. His unparalleled market knowledge and industry expertise have earned him frequent recognition from top media outlets such as The New York Times, New York Magazine, The Real Deal, and the New York Post. With each transaction, Hunie is highly regarded for his clear vision, unwavering work ethic, and transparent communication. Born in Seoul, South Korea, and raised in Indianapolis, Hunie earned a bachelor's degree in Rhetoric and Art History from Wabash College. He lives in Upper Manhattan with his wife and their two young children. Hunie enjoys spending time with his family, boxing, golf, tennis, yoga, and supporting causes close to his heart, including Seeds of Peace and APEX, an Asian mentoring program. Hunie serves as the Treasurer on his current co-op board. He's also a member of the Wabash College alumni board and a member of the board of his children's school at Columbia University, where he also serves as Treasurer.
