200 Mercer is a 4/5-story elevator building in Greenwich Village, Manhattan, with 28 loft-style residential units ranging from 1500 to 4000 square feet. It connects to 631, 633, and 635 Broadway, as well as 200 Mercer Street, which were built in the Italianate style for Peter Goelet and his brother Robert. Prague and built-in 1870-71 for Canary & Norton. Pets and washer/dryers are permitted. The building is part of the NoHo Historic District and was converted into an apartment complex in 1978/1985.
