EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Rachel joins The Hudson Advisory Team as an Executive Assistant to Stephen Ferrara. She brings a unique blend of executive support and leadership experience to her roles. With four years of providing administrative support to high-level executives, her expertise extends beyond traditional office tasks into areas of project management, event planning, and business coordination. 

Her last role was at Bridgepoint, a UK-based Private Equity firm. Prior to Bridgepoint, Rachel honed her skills with a nationally known top-ranked team as an Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder. She was involved not only meticulous organization but also proactive problem-solving and customer relations. 

While earning her degree, Rachel was a coxswain at The Ohio State University and Temple University, both Division I rowing programs. This role helped define her strong work ethic and communication skills as she was the liaison between the athletes and coaches. 

Raised in Guilderland, New York, Rachel is a proud graduate of Temple University, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Fox School of Business. Rachel has been a resident of New York City for five years, and enjoys exploring its diverse neighborhoods and discovering its hidden gems.
